Integrated Energy Storage Systems

GA’s EMS Division is developing several types of advanced integrated energy storage systems for transportation and other applications.

EMS has designed high-voltage energy storage systems using lithium batteries, which offer higher energy density than most competing battery chemistries.

EMS Division is also developing energy storage concepts based on rotating machines, for shipboard energy and other applications.
